I started out as a music producer, not a web developer. I learned the technical side because my own small business could not afford an agency, and then other business owners started asking me to do the same for them.
That is still how this works. No account manager, no ticket queue. You message me, and I either fix it or tell you who can. The tools we build are used on our own client work first, which is why they stay simple enough to actually use.

What does DreamTech Solutions actually do?
We run the technology side of a small business: the website, the enquiries, the bookings, the business email and the follow-up. Some clients want all of it managed monthly. Others have a specific problem that needs a scoped project.
What happens at the systems review?
Thirty minutes, no charge. We ask how enquiries arrive, who qualifies them, how quotes get produced and where follow-up stops. You leave with a written list of what is costing you and what each fix would cost. There is no obligation to continue.
How much does it cost?
Managed plans start at A$99 a month with no setup fee. Larger systems work is quoted per project after the review, so you know the number before anything starts.
What if I already have a website?
Then we look at whether it is worth keeping. Sometimes it is and we work with it. Sometimes it is cheaper to rebuild than to keep patching, and we will tell you which.
What happens to my website if I cancel?
You can cancel any time. We hand over your content, your domain and your email records. You keep what you paid for; you stop paying for what we run.
How is this different to Wix or Squarespace?
Those are tools you have to drive yourself. We are the people who drive them, plus the bookings, the email and the follow-up. If you enjoy building your own site, a DIY tool is cheaper and you should use one.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You send a message describing what you want changed, in your own words. That is the whole process.
